MRICS Building Surveyor - Contractor - London /Hertford

I am seeking an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to join a Boutique firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Hertford. This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a growing organisation, with the busy surveying team.

This position is an ongoing contract position, the role is full time, however my client will consider Part time hours.

The role will be based within the Commercial & Residential sector, consisting of many aspects of Traditional & Project Building Surveying. The role will be based in London twice a week.

Including Contract admin, Defect Diagnosis, Party Wall Matters, Planned maintenance and section 20 consultation, residential refurbs, commercial refurbs, town centre redevelopment.

Experience

* Ideally you will be Chartered, however if you are close to APC completion you may also be suitable
* Residential & Commercial experience
* 4 - 6 years working as a Building Surveyor within a Building Consultancy

What's on offer?

On offer is a day rate up to £300 per day.
