Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 + Benefits

Private Consultancy based in Banbury are looking for an experienced Town Planner to join their organisation and work alongside an Associate Town Planner getting involved in a wide range of projects helping with planning applications as well as preparing the client for the appeal and hearing stage.

Working on leading projects that are based around the Oxfordshire area, you will be required to make sure that all work is in line with the RTPI as well as liasing with other divisions of the company such Design and Architecture. Current projects cover building re-development and Renewable Energy but our client will be able to offer great variety.

You have the opportunity to be based on site and will deal with projects that are affecting both the Private and Public sector.

You will ideally have between 2-4 years' proven Town Planning experience but this can be flexible and you will be able to demonstrate working the project from inception through to completion. You will hold a degree and/or masters that are recognised by the RTPI and ideally you will be working or have achieved full RTPI membership. Experience in DC work and a wide variety of sectors will be of interest.
