The Siamo Group are recruiting for an experienced professional for the role of Operations Manager to be based within a well established Lincoln based organisation.

Our client, a vibrant and commercially aware Social Enterprise, specialise in the delivery of programmes within the Youth Skills sector.

Duties of the role:

* To develop, manage and implement operations strategies for the business
* To ensure that all contracts are delivered to deadlines and budget
* Project Management of a variety of projects
* Management of people in order to achieve business objectives
* To foster and manage internal relationships to ensure a quality delivery model and successful operational management of all delivery projects

Although this role is working for a Social Enterprise organisation, its not essential that you have worked for one previously, or in a similar sector. Whats important for this role is that you are able to demonstrate project management skills at a senior level, that you possess people management skills, are friendly, approachable and highly organised.

This is a full time role, with a basic salary of around 30Kpa. Benefits include a very generous company pension, life assurance, health insurance and 25 days holiday to name but a few.
