Greenford Senior IT Technician - £30k-£35k Electronics
My client is an incredibly exciting, unique and world-renowned electronics manufacturer that provide solutions for the defence and aerospace industries, amongst others. They are looking to recruit a Senior IT Technician to join their rapidly expanding team. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the department in delivering 2nd and 3rd line IT services, and leading key IT Project tasks where required.

Job Description:
+ Providing a consistently high quality customer service in all areas of IT.
+ Ensuring issues identified are resolved, and lessons learned are documented
+ Delivering 2nd and 3rd line support to the business across multiple sites
+ Resolving service desk issues by liaising with end users, ensuring that requests are closed
+ Managing and resolving issues with vendors and suppliers for key systems

Key skills:
+ Extensive experience working in IT support
+ Windows Client OSs, Applications and Servers
+ Active Directory
+ Microsoft Exchange
+ Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager
+ Enterprise Backup Solutions

Salary/Other details:
+ The salary is circa £30k-£35k for this Greenford-based permanent role, depending on experience.
