An Outstanding Nursery setting in Wimbledon is seeking a Senior Nursery Nurse to join their hugely successful team!
As Senior Nursery Nurse you will take on a primary key carer role within the setting. You will be expected to work as a communicative key carer, manage teacher-led activities, lead children in both small and large groups, and significantly support the maintenance of an enabling environment that promotes the goals of the room and the Nursery. He/she will also be required to step into the Lead role as and when required and expected to mentor other staff. This member of staff should be seen as a leader with both children and parents.

Main responsibilities:
* To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
* To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with the team in your room reflective of the EYFS
* To work in partnership with parents and carers
* To follow and implement all of the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
Requirements
* NVQ 3 Early Years or recognised equivalent.
* Strong knowledge the EYFS & safeguarding practices.
* A passion for working in early years
* Good experience within early years, preferably with pre-schoolers
