We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Manager based in Warwick working for an exciting activity centre. The successful candidate will complete recruitment campaigns, training and provide team performance stats.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week which is rotating shifts between Monday to Sunday 8:30am 20:00pm.

Main duties for Customer Service Team Manager:
Supporting the Call Centre Manager and deputising in their absence.
Setting team objectives in line with the Call Centre Matrix, identifying areas of improvement and completing continuous training.
Monthly quality checks complete for every agent and managing any underperformance issues.
Setting sales goals and deadlines provided by the sales team, ensuring that no upselling opportunity is missed.
Hold monthly one to ones with team members and hold a monthly team meeting to update best practice and continuous improvement.
Provide regular updates to the Call Centre Manager on the productivity and performance of your Team, ensuring that they aware of any possible issues or areas of support required.
Taking escalations calls, handling customer complaints to resolution.
Manage recruitment campaigns and induction of new staff members.

Requirements for the Customer Service Team Manager:
Demonstrated experience within a contact centre as a Team Manager, leading on sales through service. Outbound retentions experience would be ideal.
Track record of managing teams to exceed targets, through effective caching and performance management.
Ability to drive behaviour and excellence
Ability to learn and retain new information, with further site openings and improvements to current offering
PC-literate and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Good personal organisation and ability to manage own workloads
