Kerry Collins Recruitment has a new and exciting opportunity available for an Internal Account Manager for one of our well-established clients, the company are a leader in the supply of metal based in Aldridge.
Responsibilities
Liaising with new and existing customers with phone based enquiry
Source and manage a pipeline of new business
Quoting customers for their requirements
Negotiating skills
Sourcing Material to satisfy orders or enquiries
Use the pool of non-allocated customers to win and develop business
Place Purchase Orders
Update and maintain customers records
Resolve all customer complaints promptly
Enter customers orders on the computer system
Meet or exceed the gross profit target from each allocated and non-allocated customer
Achieve the product targets set for each allocated customer
Control stock levels of customer specials items within the limits agreed
Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within the agreed time scale
Administer all customer orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain and record accurate and easily accessible information for all customers
Working Hours
08:30am 5:00pm Monday Friday
Skills and Experience Required
Must be a dynamic, go getter, keen to learn, progress with their career within a large company and win every incentive!
Must have previous sales experience or customer facing experience.
