Interim Deputy Nursing Home Manager

We have an opportunity for an Interim Deputy Nursing Home Manager to start immediately in a beautiful home in East Devon. The home has around 80 beds and offers a combination of residential , nursing and dementia care. It is maintained to very high standards with lovely, landscaped gardens and a wide range of quality facilities.

As the Interim Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and the Care manager for the residential Services. This role is interim initially for a 6 month period however there will also be the opportunity to be considered for the post on a permanent basis should you wish.

The ideal Interim Deputy Nursing Home Manager will be Nurse qualified ( ideally RGN qualified) with a valid PIN. As this post is an immediate start you need to be available ASAP. This role may suit an experienced Nursing Home Manager who is looking to break into the interim market or it would also suit an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager.

The home is part of a reputable group with a cohesive staff team and support, training and development. The salary for this role is 38k.
