Protocol Education are looking for tutors in the Gloucester area - the main areas to cover are Maths and English - the work available will be flexible and could take place either during the day or the evening. You will be tutoring 'looked after children' so when you take a session there will always be a carer with the student close by.

This is a great opportunity to support a young person who is wanting to achieve better results. Also a great way to secure additional flexible work to go alongside work you may already have.

Currently working on a tutoring session where the student lives in Hereford so sometimes the tutoring is not just fixed to Gloucester. It is to tutor a Yr 11 female pupil who has been permanently excluded. Tuition is needed in maths and English.

In order to apply for this role you must have the following:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Reference information for the last five years
UK eligibility to work, an enhanced DBS dated within the last year or willingness to have one undertaken at the cost of £44
The ability to be flexible and adaptable on a daily basis
