They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Corporate Clients team.
Role
Do you want to join a company that has a great ethos and loves looking after its clients? Are you a professional, experienced sales person who likes hunting for new business as well as forging long lasting partnerships? Do you have the ability to lead by example? You will be tasked with not only developing your own business but overseeing others in the development of theirs.
Your home in the company will be with the Corporate clients team. This part of the firm introduces new businesses through its ever-expanding network of affiliates in the UK and internationally. These partners will be organisations that have regular contact with individuals and businesses who need efficient and trusted Forex help. For example, imagine an estate agent, lawyer or mortgage broker in locations such as France, Portugal or Spain. Your job will be to contact these businesses and establish a partnership for them to refer clients to you. They will be confident that your company will provide outstanding levels of customer service.
This is a really interesting role part business development and part managing a team. Youll be office-based, but also spending some of your time conducting/shadowing in client meetings to ensure best practice and that all opportunities are maximised. You may also be required to lead/attend conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions.
Person
You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competence and practical application of the following:
Insure that all sales staff meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
Set examples for sales staff in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and selling skills, and work habits.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Possess a proven track record within sales as an over achiever.
Demonstrate the ability to build effective long term relationships.
Apply commercial awareness and creativity through innovation and problem solving.
Practice and share new business acquisition skills; demonstrate an inherent confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
Evidence the ability to work autonomously and lead teams.
Apply strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Show a willingness to work until the job is done, often under pressure and after core hours
Inspire and foster a can do attitude within the team demonstrating initiative and enterprise
Ensure personal trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
As you can imagine, you will be the face of the business and the main point of contact for your partners. You will be warm, likeable, professional and love winning new business. This is certainly a job for you if you have a can-do attitude and you are naturally sociable and proactive.
Ideally, youll have 4+ years business development experience and an understanding of partnerships and account management. You must be able to show your sales talents with examples of regularly hitting targets.
Experience and or an understanding of foreign exchange is essential
Package
