This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a large well-established children's charity as a Team Manager for their Adoption team.

The candidate will need to have proven success whilst working within Adoption, within a supervisory/management position and show that they are committed to an organisation that will be committed to them.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Team Manager:

* Assisting the management with planning, developing, resourcing and reviewing of Adoption Services in Scotland
* Contributing to training staff
* Performance management
* Supervising of staff

Requirements of the Team Manager:

* A valid Social Work qualification (DipSW/CQSW)
* A valid SSSC registration
* Significant experience of working within Adoption
* Experience of management of supervising staff
* To have an extensive working knowledge and understanding of the current legislations and frameworks with regards to Childrens Social Work and Adoption
