Duties and Responsibilities for the Team Manager:
* Assisting the management with planning, developing, resourcing and reviewing of Adoption Services in Scotland
* Contributing to training staff
* Performance management
* Supervising of staff
Requirements of the Team Manager:
* A valid Social Work qualification (DipSW/CQSW)
* A valid SSSC registration
* Significant experience of working within Adoption
* Experience of management of supervising staff
* To have an extensive working knowledge and understanding of the current legislations and frameworks with regards to Childrens Social Work and Adoption
