Sewell Wallis are working with an exceptional and established employer currently looking for an Assistant Cost Accountant. This is a broad role with a lot of business partnering duties throughout the company looking for someone capable and hands on.

Responsibilities:-
*Managing and reporting on large complex datasets
*Regular reporting with commentary tasks
*Budgeting and Forecasting
*Influencing costs and revenue
*Interacting with non-Finance personnel i.e. Engineering and Operations
*Analysing information, highlighting and solving problems
*Accruals and nominal reconciliations
*Stock accounting
*Developing new costings
*Standard cost analysis
*Product line costings including overheads, raw materials and labour
*Generation of the weekly manufacturing result
*Month End stock and associated stock reconciliations
*Assisting the annual business standards revision process
*Month End Management Reporting

*Manufacturing experience is essential
