I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to be based in Central London. This is a great opportunity to start work for a leading facilities management company in a permanent opportunity working 37.hours per a week. The salary is competitive paying £35,000 - £40,000 a year plus great company benefits.
The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for all activities and services within the property. Ensuring that the working environment complies with Health and Safety policies.
Main Responsibilities
Establish and maintain an excellent occupancy relationships through co-ordinated personal contact with the customer, on site staff and their management.
Employ knowledge of risk management principles to mitigate financial, commercial political and asset risks to the business.
To manage minor project works through to handover.
Be responsible for the overall service delivery of the property, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Monitor performance standards and identify the areas of poor performance against KPI's.
The candidate
Extensive experience in the FM sector, including soft and hard services.
Knowledge of Maximo would be advantageous.
To have IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications.
To have experience of operational planning.
