My Client, a company with an enviable position in their market sector, is now looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to mentor, coach, develop and counsel the team, whilst promoting a positive and innovative atmosphere and also maximising Health & Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity.

The Role: Production Supervisor - nights

Ensure production reaches targeted outputs, product / process specifications..

Motivate, support and coach staff to deliver to their full potential.

Perform first line management of team

Support and participate in line trials

Support, participate in and encourage any continuous improvement initiatives.

Running of production lines to achieve or exceed relevant production and efficiency targets.

Promote quality by ensuring adherence to all processes, policies and procedures in accordance with GMP

Raise and support any Root cause investigation

Training new starters on Processes

Promote process improvement projects to optimise OEE

Participate and lead lean manufacturing improvement activities

Perform first line management

Conduct regular 1-2-1's with team members

Drive operational excellence

Skills / Qualifications / Experience: Production Supervisor - nights

Experience within a similar role - in an FMCG environment

Good standard of education

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Committed to delivering results

Is resilient and flexible, adapts to new challenges

Remain focused

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to organise own work and the work of others effectively
