My client is seeking a procurement manager to work on an exciting and once in a lifetime programme, being part of this this ambitious journey will result in Great Britain becoming a global leader within the energy sector. A global private sector organisation has been selected to embark on this public sector partnership working on a new innovative technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across exciting new programmes delivering strategic and efficient levels of engagement within the energy service industry.

To deliver these responsibilities, my client is investing in highly skilled, multi-disciplinary professionals who are interested in operating in a dynamic, client-side environment with significant levels of engagement within a government community of service providers.

The individual must have the following skills:

* Experienced in leading large and complex procurement projects across a variety of sectors, predominately IT but also Professional Services
* Working closely with stakeholders, strong negotiation experience is required
* Complex IT/telecommunications category experience
* Experience working in a regulated environment.
* Full CIPS membership
* Good communicator with commercial awareness

Price / Salary: £60000 - £70000/annum Bonus
