Our client is a well-established print and packaging company based in Leeds who are looking for an Account Manager to join their fast growing business. They are looking for someone who has experience in screen or digital printing, this is a must.

Our client is looking for an honest, hardworking Account Manager who is happy to work in family run business. They offer 21 days holiday with different benefits. Account Manager responsibilities:

Managing accounts and maximise all opportunities
Providing exellent customer service when speaking to clients.
Upselling products when the time is right for different clients.
Following up on new leads and new business.
Preparing estimates for customers using an in-house computer system.
Sourcing materials from suppliers to create the competitive estimates including delivery costs within the UK and installation.
Liaising between sales and production teams throughout the business.
Cross referencing visual packs and job sheets to produce quotes.
Following up on quotations in order to achieve order acceptance, via the phone also.
Project manage projects, following successful estimate quotations.
Liaise with customers, suppliers with regular updates on how projects are progressing. Completing all associated administration activities.
Ensuring that all client needs are dealt with quickly and efficiently and advising accordingly and liaising with the sales team and Account Managers regarding specific jobs and issue.

Experience:

The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in account management and have experience in screen or digital printing.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills along with good communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will be focused, detail oriented and have a positive and proactive approach to their work.
You will need excellent computer skills and methods of presentations skills also.
Experience working within estimating.
