Are you a Technical Support Engineer looking to join a market leading company in a role offering continual and in-house training with progression readily available to propel your career?

On offer is the chance to become a key part of the highly skilled Support Team in an autonomous role where you will manage your own workload liaising with both colleagues and customers.

This role would suit a Technical Support Engineer looking for a long term, permanent position as a Support Engineer.

The Role
*Installing, configuring and supporting server & desktop environments
*Working on the helpdesk, taking calls from customers and colleagues
*Testing software
*Office based with site work as necessary

The Person
*working experience with Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop Operating Systems
*Knowledge of networking fundamentals
*Understanding of Microsoft SQL Database Engine Management
*Full UK Driving License
