The Role:

- Covering everything south of the Thames inside the M25 (plus Kent, Surrey & Sussex) you will be targeting architects, specifiers, education, and housing associations, to specify our clients aluminium & timber windows
- You will conduct CPD presentations with architects to gain new business
- You will be making approximately 6-8 quality calls per week with architects
- You will be working with a team of dedicated internal support professionals who handle quotes and provide you with assistance in the field.
- The average project could range from £70k to upwards of £1m per order

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have ideally come from the fenestration industry, however, others who have strong specification experience will absolutely be considered.
- You will be motivated to gain new business using industry tools such as Barbour ABI to identify potential opportunities.
- You will be able to understand the architect's perspective and be passionate about design
- You will be well-spoken, self-driven, and comfortable being able to pass along a spec to the contractor-led team.
- You will be able to understand the fabric of a building or read drawings / plans or be degree-educated

The Remuneration:

- Basic salary of £40-45k basic with a performance based bonus of up to £15k per annum
- Audi A3 / VW Golf type company car or strong car allowance
- 5% contributory pension
- Private medical cover, plus reduced cost for family.
- 25 days holiday, plus the ability to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday.
- Life assurance 3x annual salary
