Out client one of the UKs top 3 real estate providers are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team in Leeds for a 9-12 month period to cover a period of maternity leave.

To be considered for this role you will be Degree qualified ideally in Building Surveying and be either MRICS qualified or have the relevant level of experience.

Role/Responsibilities:

* Dilapidations
* Condition Surveying work
* Contract Administration
* Project Management

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Building Surveyor who has gained varied experience across all aspects of Building Surveying and have ideally worked within another Consultancy/Client facing position.
