A large and well-known public sector organisation is looking for a Chartered General Practice Surveyor to manage a mixed use commercial property portfolio to join their team. Your objective will be to maximise the income of the portfolio by undertaking estate management.

Your role will include:

* Undertaking property/asset management within a diverse portfolio that includes a town centre mixed use investment, industrial units, and educational buildings
* Valuations of their commercial properties
* Rent reviews and lease renewals
* Acquisitions and disposals

For the right candidate, this client will offer flexibility.

About you:

* Ideally you will be MRICS and/or hold a relevant estate management degree
* It is preferred if you are a Registered Valuer/have valuation experience

Price / Salary: £20 - £30/hour
