We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with extensive SEO, PPC and Social Media skills.
You will be responsible for the implementation of all SEO and PPC campaigns
Working across a number of clients you will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on organic and paid search campaigns across multiple sectors, languages and regions. As the technical lead, you will develop digital marketing strategies that synergise with the wider teams efforts in social media, PR and content.
Youll spearhead the rigorous benchmarking and optimisation of results throughout campaigns and be able demonstrate ROI and business impact to clients as well as identifying opportunities for growth based on previous successes.
As the SEO and PPC lead youll train and educate the wider teams in the guiding principles of SEO and campaign management skills.
You will dive into the detail of campaigns, define how we measure performance and implement this across accounts. You will provide valuable insights that help drive successful digital marketing campaigns and help clients understand their customers and visualise data in a meaningful way.
You will have the autonomy to run your campaigns, plan your client strategies and have exposure to many different paid media channels.
What you will do
Define and implement measurement
Perform site and implementation audits
Create implementation requirement documents for clients, onsite
Develop Google Tag Manager solutions
Maintain and deploy tags with GTM at best practice levels
Manage clients using Google Search Console
Analyse clients collected data, bug checking and providing insights
Integrate with other platforms
Manage a portfolio of paid search campaigns, paid social campaigns
and display campaigns across an exciting and diverse range of
industries in all areas of online
Design and implement campaigns from scratch and take on existing
accounts
Create Paid Media strategies for clients, providing recommendations
and suggestions for the best way to achieve their goals, as well as
identifying areas for improvement.
Research websites, source and implement keywords, create adtext,
assign budgets, implement strategies and optimise campaigns to
meet KPIs.
Manage your spend and clicks on a daily basis, and maximising profits
Work with account management team to help provide insight for clients
Provide forecasts & presentations.
Required skills
At least 3 years experience of running PPC campaigns within an agency
or affiliate environment
You love uncovering trends in data and analysis
You are clever, forward thinking, and are able to use your own initiative
Proven work experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical skills, with full knowledge of analytical tools and
reports
A comprehensive knowledge of best practices with online marketing
Google Adword Certification and experience of Google Analytics IQ
preferred
Good technical knowledge, as well as experience using Facebook,
Instagram and Twitter
Pay-per-click (PPC) campaign Management: Manage and liaise to
implement paid search strategy, build campaigns and manage
budgets.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): optimised content marketing;
planning, creation and execution of online content.
You will identify, address and resolve operational issues that adversely
affect campaigns.
Through measuring, analysing and reporting on the performance of all
digital marketing campaigns you will improve ROI and drive down
CPA, alongside devising new ways to market products;
You have an analytical and strategic mind
You have a good grasp of web technologies
You can work with Google APIs
Experience with international campaigns is desirable but not essential
A good understanding of how other digital channels integrate with PPC
A good, confident grasp of the MS Office suite, Excel in particular
You have experience in Paid Social (desired but not essential)
You are proficient in using GA
You have experience with double-click and other third-party
management tools (desired but not essential)
Constant optimisation of campaigns to agreed revenue and ROI targets
Overseeing optimisation, analysis and monitoring the overall
performance.
Reporting, tracking KPI's and relaying performance to both client &
Digital Strategist
Working in conjunction with a copywriter and technical specialist on
strategic development
Conducting competitor research and analysis
Extreme attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent time
management
Strong organisational skills with the willingness to help others while
meeting your deadlines
