Job Profile for Customer Service Representative - BR087969

Customer Service Representative required for a well-established and highly respected global logistics to join its highly dynamic team in Manchester. It is envisaged the successful Customer Service Representative will have excellent customer communication skills via telephone and email.

Customer Service Representative Position Overview

* Keep all customers satisfied with the service provided, and minimize complaints and issues from them, by building relationships, and providing a personal service to them.
* Ensure all Sales Orders and relating paperwork is processed accurately and to requirement for both customers & account managers.
* Processing Sales Orders
* Providing customer quotations
* Take calls off customers, and also speak to people at the trade counter.
* Set up New Customer Accounts on the system
* Track Complaints and filling out appropriate documentation
* Complete Export Documentation for orders going overseas as necessary
* Ensure stock orders are placed for back to back orders

Customer Service Representative Position Requirements

* Requires excellent communication & organization skills
* Good telephone manner; accuracy and ability to take high responsibility for taking tasks through to completion
* Proficient with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

Customer Service Representative Position Remuneration

* Salary £20K - £24K - Dependent upon Experience
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00
* 28 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
