Recruitment Administrator
Randstad Engineering are on the look out for a contract Recruitment Administrator to be based on site in one of our clients recruitment teams.
You will be part of a busy recruitment team is a centralised function covering UK operations from our site at Port Talbot, South Wales. Within this role, you will ensure the effective application of the recruitment service through effective coordination of our internal recruitment process. You will provide full administrative support to the recruitment team to facilitate the provision of a seamless, timely and quality recruitment service. This will involve liaising with all recruitment stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR operations, HR Shared Services and HR Centre of Excellence.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be:
* Applicants will be educated to a good standard of education.
* Have worked in a Recruitment/HR function previously.
* Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, recruitment best practice and the impact of recruitment on the business.
* Relevant recruitment experience gained, for example, within a corporate environment, onsite via an RPO or recruitment agency.
Applicants must have strong administration and organisation skills, including the ability to multi-task and priorities workload. An effective communicator in both written and spoken English. Able to influence and work with people at all levels, internal and external to the business. You will portray a professional image of the team and business.
