Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client based in Lincoln on a fixed term contract. The main focus of the role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the contracts manager. It is also to ensure the provision of timely, accurate, and relevant contract information.
Fixed Term Contract: 9 months to cover maternity- However there is a possibility this will become a permanent role for the right candidate.
Salary: £18,000- £19,000
Hours: Monday- Friday 9-5
Immediate Start Available
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting the Project Manager and Contract Manager in the preparation and checking of contracts, letters and documentation
* Assisting with procurement, financial data and budgets
* Liaising with internal and external partners to ensure that all relevant information is available on time
* To provide relevant and accurate management information (reports / data / information) as requested in a timely and coherent manner
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Attention to detail & accuracy
* An adaptable, flexible approach to work
* Ability to prioritise and manage own time
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
