The Siamo Group are recruiting for a friendly, consultative and strategic individual for the role of Sales Manager for our client in Lincoln who are a social enterprise organisation, specialising in the delivery of numerous Youth Skills based contracts/projects in the East Midlands area.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous success in a role that involves consultative selling of services and ideas as well as directing the activities of others with effective outcomes. While experience in the Youth Skills sector is not essential for this role, a genuine passion for helping young people to realise their potential in education, employability and with life skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Direct line management of a number of staff
* Close working relationship with the Leadership Team and stakeholders in the business in order to deliver the overall business objectives
* Responsibility for developing the sales strategy for the business
* Building and fostering relationships with education establishments and businesses across the East Midlands
* Delivery of presentations at events
* Driving all sales and account management activities for the Sales function in the business

This is a full time role, that will involve travel in and around the East Midlands area, but predominantly based from this organisations Lincoln Head Office.
