This vacancy is being advertised by Red Recruitment 247 who are acting in the capacity of an employment agency. Our client is a continually growing and award winning company who now have an exciting opportunity based at their offices in Scunthorpe.

Full training will be provided for a trainee Pegasus Software Analyst and Installations consultant. This position would suit an individual who is passionate, pro-active and organised and who would like to make a difference within the organisation.

The Role:

Providing an exceptional level of service at all times
Working with the Pegasus team to support the growing customer base
Updating customer information on internal systems
Call management and progression
Liaising with customer and internal staff on support, projects and account management

The Candidate:

Pro-active approach to customers, queries and troubleshooting
AAT qualified or equivalent
Driven and motivated to learn and develop
Excellent team player
