Our client, a business management and strategy consultancy, is looking to bring aboard a Graduate Business Development Executive to help them fulfil their vision. Their well-established clientele already includes many top tier, multi-national organisations as well as UK companies in the public and private sectors. They offer consultative services to organisations to help them grow and improve through their unique strategy and service offering.

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

- Researching and developing high quality leads for senior executives;
- Contacting prospective customers through different means of research and contact such as social media, events and networking;
- Booking appointments and generating a pipeline of potential leads for area managers initially, but taking ownership of the process as you progress;
- Proactively researching and developing an understanding of customer`s business needs, profiles and buying processes;

In addition to your Pareto training, you`ll receive training on the company and their unique services as well as getting plenty of opportunities to develop yourself. As you grow in the role, you'll learn identify solutions to any issues they may have and thinking of ways to maximise upon opportunities and soon be managing your own accounts and closing your own deals!
