Production Engineer - Aylesbury - £Negotiable

Selective Group Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to lead and achieve objectives to join our UK client for the position Production Engineer, based in Aylesbury. You will be responsible for providing production engineering support where required with the aim of resolving problems, improving overall efficiencies and supporting business objectives in an effective manner.

Job role: Production Engineer
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + Bonus + car allowance
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Benefits: Pension scheme

Primary duties;
Provide technical support to Production.
Provide Production and Engineering training.
Update and provide new written procedures.
Provide technical support for Purchasing, QA and Sales.
Design and manufacture test equipment.
Investigate product improvements in Production time and motion and customer needs.

Candidate Specification;
Essential

HND or equivalent.
High level of technical knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to practical situations.
2+ years experience in similar production environment

Desirable

Engineering degree or equivalent.
Previous experience with X-Ray systems beneficial.
