The Opportunity

Head Chef required for this established Suffolk Pub located in a village close to Framlingham in Suffolk, within a commutable distance of Ipswich we are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the brigade of 3 and produce seasonal fresh modern pub food.

With a real farm to fork element the chef has autonomy over the menu.
The Role

The pub is located in the beautiful Suff for olk country side and has a fabulous reputation for its British modern classic pub food elegantly presented with a modern spin on twists and flavours
With a good following this privately owned business has built up a great rapport with regulars and village folk
We need a Head Chef that has a good skill of cooking fresh food but also the knowledge of effectively running a kitchen in terms of stock control, wastage, hygiene control and menu planning.
Covers are between 20 30 mid week and up to 60 on the busier weekends.
Working 5 / 7 days per week mainly on split shifts doing 45 hours per week this is a great role.
