My client based in Farnham has a position for a HR & Training Manager to join their team based in Farnham.

This role is for someone who has experience at HR Manager level, and enjoys the variety of the role as you will be developing and delivering professional HR, training and payroll for the company.

The Role
* Managing all recruitment activity for the company
* Provide guidance and support to the managers on various HR issues, including discipline, grievance, absence and other HR matters
* Responsible for supporting staff welfare, supporting them when required
* Developing policies and procedures and adabting current ones
* Responsible for the Training budget and producing training packages required for the company
* Working on new and existing training material making sure fully current and compliant
* Compiling all payroll and processing monthly payroll
* Produce reports to managers to keep budgets in line

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be currently working in HR at a senior level and have experience within payroll and ideally training.

You will be CIPD qualified and be looking for a role with variety

Price / Salary: £33000 - £35000/annum
