Automotive Service Advisor Required in Northampton

Our client an Automotive Main Dealer in the Northampton area is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Service Advisor for their busy branch.

As an experienced motor trade service advisor your duties will include:

* Workshop load (hours booked).
* Consistently up-sell parts and accessories.
* Achieve an excellent CSI and Mystery Shopper results.
* Deal with customer complaints.
* Maintain an excellent level of customer retention.
* Work well within the teams across all departments.

Our client offers a fantastic salary package and a very good bonus scheme.
