Job Description Financial Services / Mortgage Administrator
In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer applications from start to finish before submitting them to lenders. This is an opportunity to work as part of a driven, dynamic team who support each other in what can be a high-pressure environment and work together to achieve the best results.
Duties will include;
Responding to incoming enquiries from prospective new customers
Accurately recording customer details
Producing customer quotes
Providing telephone support during the application process
Producing and processing customer documentation
Instructing valuations and gathering other third-party information
Chasing references
Required Skills Financial Services / Mortgage Administrator
CeMap Qualified - Level 2 / 3
Previous experience within the financial services sector
Experience of managing a process from end to end
Excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail
Confident and professional telephone manner
Benefits Financial Services / Mortgage Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
Working hours Monday to Thursday 09.00 17.30, early finish on a Friday!
