HGV Technician for Busy Commercial Vehicle Company in Swansea

Our client is recruiting a HGV technician to join their workforce.

You must be a fully qualified HGV technician with either City & Guilds or NVQ qualification and own tools.

Possession of a HGV licence is advantageous as is main dealership experience.

The role of HGV Technician is to work within the workshop dealing with repair and service of commercial vehicles in a timely manner and within ministry standards, it's a busy workshop so plenty of opportunity for overtime and this company actively encourages ongoing brand training and is constantly improving working environments and has a state of the art workshop.

This HGV Technician role is contracted to 39 hours a week, on a 2 shift pattern (07:00 - 15:00 and then 14:00 to 22:00 on alternating weeks) Friday is from 07:00 - 14:00 and then 13:00 to 20:00.
You would be doing alternate saturday mornings paid at time and a half.

£25000.00 starting basic - higher for a HGV Licence!!!
