SAP SuccessFactor Consultant - London - 6 months - £500-£570/day (Umbrella)

Do you have a background in large ERP applications? Are you able to manage a Roles Matrix and deal with end users? Do you have experience of operating an incident management operation for a large system and user base?
You will be a SAP System Administrator, joining a high profile, fast growing organisation, based in Canary Wharf in London. This company are in the process of completing a fast paced implementation of a new Finance, Procurement and HR/Recruitment system.

You will;
- Be responsible for managing, configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of the SAP technical environments
- Maintain the user set up in SAP SuccessFactors
- Provide appropriate SuccessFactors support for the functional teams at key times
- Act as the interface and contact point between SAP Cloud Support and users for incident resolution, upgrades, maintenance & releases.

Skills required;
- Background in large ERP applications specifically having Systems Administration background and skills
- Ability to manage a Roles Matrix and deal with end users
- Understanding of Org structure setup
- Knowledge of operating an incident management operation for a large system and user base
- Ability to manage financial systems information, report writing, and systematic testing
- Understanding the interface between business and systems and liaison with the software supplier
- Knowledge in the majority of the following SuccessFactor modules; Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning (LMS), Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Employee Profile

This role falls inside scope of IR35.

Rate: £500-£570/day
