Our client, an International market leader, is seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to join its growing team. This is a temporary position that could potentially go permanent for the right candidate.
This role is to cover reception duties, as well as providing administrative support to the Sales and Customer Service teams. Day to day duties for the Receptionist will include:
- Handling and directing all incoming calls and greeting visitors to site
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Dealing with requests for stock availability, quotes and delivery dates
- Sending out samples and literature to support the sales team
- Investigating and resolving customer enquiries
- Updating CRM and SAP databases
- Processing orders and card payments
Working Monday - Friday, 9-5, you will receive an hourly salary of £7.50, and the opportunity to go permanent if the role is a good fit.
Skills and Experience required for the Receptionist/Support Administrator:
- Good communication skills in person, by email and on the phone
- Customer focussed and hard working
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Confident and self-motivated
- Relevant college-level qualification or experience working in a similar role
