Watts Farms is a family-run business which covers 10 sites in Kent, Essex and Bedfordshire. Supplying 600 high end restaurants and hotels in London.

Our busy day pack-house is seeking new staff to cope with a growing number of orders. We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join the team. Applicants must have picking experience and be prepared to work in a team environment. The jobs are based in Dartford and after the initial training period, the work consists of picking to pre-set targets.

What are we looking for?
- Keen and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Fresh produce knowledge is an advantage.
- Previous experience in order picking within a warehouse environment.
- Immediate start available.

What are we offering you?
- Starting Salary - £18,720 per annum + Picker Bonus Scheme which will increase to £19,250 per annum after a successful 3 month probation period.
- Working hours Shift pattern with a 5 day rota, average of 48 hours per week, between the hours of 12.00 p.m. 22.00 p.m.
- Holiday 31 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
