The Company:
Our client is a dynamic international design and manufacturing company

Main duties:
To provide sales Administration, sales support and customer care for the UK and Europe.

The Role:
- To receive and process customer enquiries
- To proceed with customers orders and update the clients details accurately
- To create job files
- To deal with quotations and prices
- To achieve targets
- To provide excellent customer service

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English AND French AND German (Written & spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a similar role Strong Advantage
- Previous experience in an export or manufacturing role - Advantage
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Strong administrative skills and target driven
- Customer orientated
- It literate (Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheet etc.)
- Positive attitude, confident and problem solving
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment
