My client, a local housing association is looking for 2 Project Workers, full time and part time hours available in the North Wales area, on a 2 months temporary contract.

As a Project Worker you will be provide an effective housing management and support service. You will also make contributions to the day to day management of the Scheme and be responsible for regularly reviewing and reporting on risk assessments and support plans.

The main duties of this role are to complete paperwork with new residents to ensure that an Induction to the Scheme is provided. You will provide a high quality of housing related support to service users, be responsible for managing referrals to the scheme and assist residents with plans to move on to more permanent accommodation.
