Northampton

Temporary to Permanent

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 6pm

1 hour lunch

Up to £9.00 per hour DOE+ bonus opportunities

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our well established Commercial Division ASAP!

Responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator will include:

* Sourcing candidates for a variety of office based roles
* Screening and assessing candidates suitability over the phone
* Interviewing and registering candidates to the agency
* Sending CV's and arranging client interviews
* Assisting with a variety of administration tasks

In order to be successful in the role of Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator you must:

* Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and confidence meeting people face to face
* Have efficient administration skills and good attention to detail
* Be able to prioritise a heavy workload and remain organised
* Be able to use own initiative with a can do attitude
* Be IT Literate including Excel and Word
