Commercial Manager

Facilities Management Public Sector

London Woolwich

My client is currently looking to employ a Commercial Manager to help with the management of a challenging public sector contract which is a PFI contract. This is a large contract with high importance to the business and they need the right person in the role to manage this contract and grow with the business.

It is expected the Commercial Manager will support the team by:

Ensuring contract compliance
Establishing clear governance procedures
KPIs
Development and management of the risk register
Supply chain management
Any other commercial matters

Skills & Experience
Experience at a commercial position for sizeable/ complex works
Risk Management experience
Minimum of 6-7 years experience in a services led business
Exposure to public sector clients
Some PFI experience is preferable

Remuneration

£70,000 per annum + 10% bonus + car allowance or company car + health + pension
