Building Services Engineer/Building Maintenance Engineer needed in North West London

My clients are an established maintenance contractor that provides facilities and estate management services in the commercial sectors. They are based in Essex but their scope of works ranges across the South of England.

The role compromises 3 days per week on site at the new commercial client located in Buckinghamshire close to the M25 and 2 days based at another local site for a separate contract. Company vehicle, mobile phone, uniform and computer tablet will be provided.

Requirements:

* Proven Experience performing all round maintenance works of a range of HVAC and Building Services Systems
* A professional and hardworking attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Full UK Drivers licence
* IEE 17th Edition
