SEN Teaching Assistants

We are currently looking for a number of SEN teaching assistants to join this good/outstanding SEN school in Barnet for children aged 11-16 with autism and associated difficulties including medical needs, challenging behaviour and speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).

SEN Teaching Assistants - Requirements

* Must have experience in working with similar needs
* Must have UK classroom experience
* Ideally have a level 3 diploma in supporting teaching and learning or similar
* Ideally have experience in using communication needs (PECs, Makaton)
* Must be able to deal with challenging behaviour
* Excellent communication skills
