Platinum Recruitment's Food and Beverage Division is currently representing a 4* hotel in Surrey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Client

Our client is a stunning 4* hotel in Surrey, boasting a unique property in acres of gardens. Primarily for leisure stays and short breaks for guests who enjoy traditional settings with a modern feel. It is also extremely popular for weddings.

Role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the Food and Beverage team to oversee the running of the restaurant at this wonderful, unique property.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, ensuring outstanding service at all times. Experience as a Restaurant Manager in high quality venues is essential, as is an excellent knowledge of food and wine.
