Your new company
Are a new company based in Leyland who have aspirations to become the biggest new affordable home builder in the UK within the next 10 years. And i think they can do it! Supported by a strong vision and backed by influential figures, this is truly an exciting time to join the company in its infancy.

Your new role
Will be based in Leyland working Mon - Fri, 9 . 5. You will be working as a multi skilled joiner constructing an exciting and expansive range of modular housing. You will be asked to carry out multi skilled tasks mainly centred around joinery and plumbing. This is a temporary role that will be made permanent for the right person.

There are long term plans for the company and its employees, this is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with them at an early stage.

What you'll need to succeed
A CSCS card and qualifications in joinery are a must. Multi skilled qualifications are desirable but not essential, however, you must have a knowledge of multi skilled trades. It will be an advantage, but not essential if you have worked on modular housing projects before.

You must have a positive "can-do" attitude towards work, must have your own tools and recent references..

What you'll get in return
Initially the role is temporary with a view to be made permanent after a trial period. Whilst under a temporary contract you will be eligible work under either CIS, Umbrella, Limited Company or PAYE options. We can offer expenses, holiday pay and contributions to a pension. You will have the full support of a dedicated and experienced construction consultant who will guide you through your assignment.
