Our customer service centre continues to expand due to continued business growth. We are seeking full time and part time Customer Service Advisers to join our team based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. You will be target driven with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in an inbound customer service centre. You will need to possess strong communication skills, be friendly, resilient and enjoy working in a vibrant team environment.

Our company is the worlds leading provider of end-to-end process outsourcing to the magazine publishing industry. With more than 45 years of expertise and offices throughout the world, we manage over 180 million customers for more than 1,000 magazine brands across the globe.

The role is to:

* Take calls from existing customers, place orders and deal with general enquiries
* Update the customer database
* Promote additional products and services
* Identify opportunities to sell magazine subscription packages - There is no cold calling

You will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use a PC and have good keyboard skills
* Confidence speaking to a variety of people
* Desire to up-sell / cross-sell

We have a number of vacancies on a full time and part time basis available across a variety of working patterns. All successful candidates will be required to complete a 2 week training period, which will be full-time hours.

The salary is £15,600 + excellent benefits.
