An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Learning and Development Systems Administrator to join our team based in St Neots on a 6-month contract basis. In return, we offer a competitive salary plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, onsite parking, pension and childcare vouchers.
The Learning and Development Systems Administrator will report to the Global Learning and Development Manager and will be responsible for providing support to the learning and development Team. This will involve the updating of employee records within the PeopleSoft system, co- coordinating training on our Learning Management system and supporting the leavers process.
Duties will include:
* Be the primary point of contact for learners to resolve issues and queries, on a global basis
* Support Local HR to ensure training is recorded in the LMS platform
* Provide regular and customized LMS reports to stakeholders
* Support the Business with the Learning Initiatives that are being developed and implemented for a global audience
* Organize training materials and ensure these are accessible and easy to reference when needed
* Upload and ensure good performance of new eLearning being used
* Support new training course requirements as needed
* Support on the planning of moving LMS platform from PeopleSoft to Success Factors
* Support readiness for moving Learning documents and materials from Google to Office365 as needed
The successful Learning and Development Systems Administrator will have:
* Previous experience of working in an HR, training, talent management environment
* Preferably previous experience with PeopleSoft systems but not essential
* A special interest in eLearning and the application of new technologies for learning and development
* Confidence when using web-based applications, Excel & PowerPoint at an intermediate or advanced level
* Strong organisation skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and with a proactive attitude
* Ability to focus on problem solving and meeting deadlines.
**The hours of work are 20 per week.**
