We're are heading to the US for a few months in February and are looking to rent out our lovely house while we're away. We have two small daughters (3.5 and 21 months) so our house is well equipped for small children if you want it to be!
Our home is a typical London Edwardian town house; wide and spacious with lots of original features like beautiful tiles, stained glass on the door, fireplaces and cornicing. We have opened up the kitchen dining area to create a really lovely family room. There is a large family bathroom upstairs with a bath and brilliant shower as well as a small toilet under the stairs downstairs. There is also an office area in the garden if you need somewhere private to work or read or just escape for a moment! We have three good parks within 5/10 minutes walk; two smaller ones with great playgrounds and one large one with lots and lots of activities and play areas and a lovely pond and cafe!
There is a big high street shopping area 15 minutes walk away with just about everything you could need! The tube is a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of buses too.
