We are looking for a minimum of 2 bedroom property to rent. We are happy to consider anywhere in Essex and have a budget which varies depending on the area and if we find the perfect home for our family. Currently it is just the 3 of us but we plan to extend our family. We are up against time as our current landlord is wanting to sell the property that we are currently renting. We are not bothered whether the property is a flat or a house but we would like some outdoor space but not essential and parking is a must have.
