Our client in central Bristol is looking for Weekend and Evening Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This role is shifts spread across evenings and weekends, amounting to 36 hours per week.

Ideally we are looking for someone with:

* A strong background in call centre customer service
* Calm manner and the ability to control potentially difficult situations
* Empathy and understanding
* Excellent communication, both written and spoken
* Good knowledge retention and the ability to relay appropriate information
* A good level of computer literacy
* Ability to understand and adapt to individuals needs
* Confident telephone manner

You will be working in an open plan, modern office with a small team and senior leader. This central location is easily reachable via public transport.

Shifts available between 5pm to 11pm weekdays, 2pm 10pm Saturdays and 9am 6pm Sundays.

Pay rate is £7.50 - £11 per hour. Any hours worked after 8pm will be paid £11 p/h.
