Due to fantastic growth over the last 10 years, People Solutions Group are currently working in partnership with Ocado to recruit Despatch Warehouse Operatives for their busy distribution centre based in Dordon, Tamworth.

Ocado are the world's largest and fastest growing online grocery retailer. With the online grocery market growing at over 20% each year, its a great time to join a market leading brand within their field.

In despatch, this is the last leg of the warehouse where a customer's order is loaded on to a van ready for delivery. The role of a Warehouse Operative in Despatch for Ocado, requires you to be on your feet and mobile at all times and there is also a lot of heavy lifting (up to 17.5kg) involved throughout your shift. Whilst this is a rewarding role with excellent personal growth opportunities, this is a physical and demanding role.

Whilst working in Despatch, you will receive an additional uncapped performance bonus with avergae performers earning an extra £27 per week.

All staff will be given a 13 week rosta and will be required to work 4 days out of 7 in any given week including weekends, premiums are paid for unsociable hours.

We have 2 shifts available, days or nights:

Days - 06:00 - 16:00

Nights - 20:15 - 06:15
